Understanding Custody Issues in Child Care

Custody issues can feel complex and full of emotion. What do you do if a parent tells you they have an order of protection against the other parent and not to let the other parent pick up their child? What are your responsibilities in regards to court orders and child safety? Where can you a guide a parent that has child safety and/or custody questions? Join Kristi, Education Director at the Advocacy Center, for a training to understand the basics of child custody, your responsibilities as a child care provider, and conversations you can have with parents when concerns arise.
